Other than the typical hosting and domain yearly fees, no. Web design is a flat rate for the initial work provided. Monthly maintenance and monthly SEO is an option offered after the site is finished, but not mandatory.
Hosting can run anywhere from $65-$120 a year, depending on the package chosen. This can be set up for auto pay, and can be purchased in multiple year arrangements.
Yes. The hosting provided offers unlimited email accounts with your hosting package. You can access these emails through Webmail, Outlook, Mail, mobile, or any other email client.
Yes! The cost of maintenance is determined by the amount of work expected monthly. This can include blog posts, addition pages, SEO, shop additions & coupons, etc. Monthly maintenance can be set up for 3 months, 6 months, or yearly contracts. This is not mandatory, but is highly recommended to keep your site up to date.
For design convenience, your new site will be built on my server. This way we can both view the site, make changes & revision, and set the site live when completed without your customers or public seeing the construction process.
Yes. Using a Content Management System to run your site, you will have access to a dashboard that controls multiple areas of the website. With a bit of minor training changes like text, images, blog posts, and shop items can all be accomplished through the dashboard. Of course, with websites, there is always something the will require a bit more expertise. I will always be available via email or phone to answer and questions you might have.
A responsive (mobile/tablet ready) website adapts the layout of your site to the viewers screen size and orientation. As the user switches from their desktop to iPad or mobile phone, the website will automatically switch to accommodate for resolution, image size and user functionality. Therefore, making the user’s shopping experience or service inquiry that much easier.
The cost of a website varies depending on the site complexity, amount of pages, ecommerce or informational, graphic work involved, and other various factors. But, by answering a few simple questions, I can have an estimate for you within a matter of minutes.
Like cost, this also depends on the site complexity, amount of pages, graphic work involved, and other various factors. For example, a basic 5-10 page website can take about 3-4 weeks from start to finish. I try not to go over 2 months for any website. The timescale also depends on the client. Please be sure to let me know of any type of deadline you would like to meet. The most common delay in the completion of a new site is waiting for content (text/images) to be sent by the client. Gathering all of this information before hand can drastically speed up the process.
Here is a list of the most common print products I offer. If you do not see what you are looking for, please contact me and I still might be of service: Business Cards, Silk Business Cards, Foil Business Cards, Plastic Business Cards, High End Business Cards, Trifold Brochures, Flyers, Door Hangers, Envelopes, Greeting Cards, Letterhead, Notepads, Postcards, Posters, Presentation Folders, Roll Labels, Stickers, and much more. All available in multiple sizes, quantity, and card stocks.
Print costs are determined by the product desired, quantity, size, paper stock, and time frame. All of the prices include design, print, and shipping, unless otherwise stated. Turnaround for design is about 1-4 days from start to finish. Once approved, the design is sent to production which could range from 2-7 days for print & shipping. Larger, more unique orders may take longer.
For orders under $200: I can accept payment via PayPal, which can be done online right here. Anything over $200 would be paid by check. For any website project: 50% of the invoice is due before any work is started, and the remaining 50% is due before the site is set live. 100% of payment is due before any print design is sent to production, and 50% to start any graphic design work, the remaining 50% due before the final product is sent to the client.
